Parking is validated for three hours in the Horton Plaza Gararge. You may enter the parking garage from 4th Ave or G Street.

I bought the card(s) and have printed out my voucher. Where do I pick up my order?
When placing your order, just remember to print out your voucher.  Bring your voucher with you to one of the locations listed below to redeem your card(s) and guidebook.  You will not be able to pick up cards without a voucher.  These locations will also be listed on your voucher.

I am staying in Carlsbad and planning to use the Go San Diego Card for LEGOLAND.  What is the closest location that sells the Go Card?
The Birch Aquarium at Scripps is a retail sales location in La Jolla, fairly close off the I-5 and about 15-25 minutes from Carlsbad, depending on traffic.

Do the LA attractions include transportation?
No, they do not.  You will need your own transportation to the Los Angeles area.

No, Sea World is not included at this time.

How long is the Tijuana Tour?
The Tijuana Tour offered with Go San Diego Card departs at 9am. Reservations are required; you will need to provide your Go San Diego Card number at the time of your reservation.  The tour can take up until 5:30 p.m.

Does the Temecula Wine Tour include transportation?
Customers are responsible for their own transportation to Temecula.  At the time of reservation, you can arrange a shuttle pick up point from one of the local depot locations available in Temecula.

Which tours require advanced reservations?
The Tour to Tijuana Mexico with Contactours, the Grapeline Wine Country Tour, Endless Summer Adventures, and the Whale Watching tour (seasonal) all require reservations.  Other walking tours sometimes take advanced reservations, we recommend calling in advance to check availability.
