Created by award-winning Chef/Owner Deborah Scott and located in stylish Little Italy, this hot spot features San Diego’s most creative cuisine. The menu and interior reflect Chef Scott’s travels and interests—artifacts from the Arctic region to the south of Mexico adorn the walls. A tall, dark, realistic resin cypress tree, with rough bark and spreading boughs welcomes you into the restaurant. Entrées for lunch and dinner include roasted butternut squash soup, pipian-rojo chicken breast, or mojo bone-in rib eye steak stuffed with huitlecoche and honey roasted garlic, white cheddar tamale, and acorn squash. Indigo Grill is a must-visit venue for anyone looking for a different and delicious dining experience. Open Monday through Friday at 4:30 pm for happy hour with specialty tequilas, mesgals, and rums.
