The new “crown jewel” of downtown San Diego, PETCO Park serves up baseball Southern California style-complete with swaying palm trees and a sandy beach beyond centerfield. Discover “writer’s row” in the press box, learn about the historic Western Metal Supply Co. Building and explore the Padres’ dugout. An interactive guided tour describes the ballpark’s unique features and takes you behind the scenes to enjoy restricted-access areas that few guests see. Highlights include an exclusive premium lounge and private luxury suite, the press box, dugouts and the bullpen, and the warning track.

Directions: Bounded by 7th and 10th Avenues on the West and East and J Street and Park Boulevard on the North and South. Pacific Highway, Interstate 5, State Route 163, and State Route 94/Martin Luther King Freeway lead downtown. Eight freeway on-and off-ramps service the area immediately around the ballpark. The main box office is near the intersection of Park Boulevard and Imperial Avenue. Both the Gaslamp District and 12th and Imperial Trolley stops are located about two blocks away from the ballpark.
