The Bowers Museum is an internationally renown center of art and culture dedicated to the study and preservation of fine arts. Its philosophy is to help people learn about other cultures through the arts, which leads to a fuller appreciation of world diversity.
The Bowers has organized some of the biggest and most culturally significant
exhibitions in history, including Secret World of the Forbidden City,
The Dead Sea Scrolls, Egyptian Treasures of The British Museum and
Tibet: Treasures from the Roof of the World.
Note: All day public parking is available directly south of the Bowers Museum and north of the Kidseum for nominal fee. Nearby metered and free timed street parking is also available.

Metro: The bus line servicing The Bowers Museum is the OCTA bus number 53. Metrolink and Amtrak trains stop at the Anaheim Station (3.5 miles from the museum), and the Santa Ana Station (1.7 miles from the museum). Directions: The Bowers Museum is located at the corner of 20th & Main Streets in Santa Ana–one minute from the 5 freeway, (Main St. South exit) and just minutes from the 57, 55 and 22 freeways.
